Foster Success is excited to share a new opportunity for young people to explore college or education after high school this summer!
Foster Success will be hosting three one-day events across the State of Indiana specifically for young people who have been in Foster Care as an older youth. These events are free to attend and are built to help our young people feel prepared in making positive decisions related to their next steps as a young adult.
To be eligible, the young adult should –
- Have spent at least one day in Foster Care after the age of 16
- Be between the ages 17-22
- Have completed their high school diploma or HSE
- Have not attended college to date
Young people who join will have an opportunity to:
Explore campus location (Vincennes, Marian, or Ball State – see below)
Meet with key support programs
Dive into a hands-on learning activity and interactive sessions
Have a chance at exciting giveaways
Earn $100 stipend for participating
Plus food will be provided and transportation assistance is available
Supportive adults are welcome to join the event and must register as well.

South Region: Thursday, July 10 – Vincennes University Register Here
