Promising Strategies to Address Health Disparities Across the Reproductive Life Cycle

The National Academies Standing Committee on Reproductive Health, Equity, and Society will host a public webinar to explore ways to reduce health disparities in reproductive health care outcomes. Speakers, including health care providers and researchers, will discuss underlying issues and inequities impacting access to and quality of health care services, the resulting disparities in health care outcomes, and disproportionate impact on some populations. Discussions will include examples of promising programs and practices to address barriers to patient-centered high-quality health care across the reproductive life cycle, with a focus on individuals with disabilities, individuals who are incarcerated, and individuals who are displaced.
