Charlie Health has heard from providers that they sometimes hesitate to refer patients because they don’t know if their program is the right fit.
Before starting treatment, all patients receive a free clinical assessment to determine how they cab be best supported. Patients are not required to commit to treatment at Charlie Health, and there is no cost to patients for this virtual clinical assessment.
If a patient needs a higher or lower level of care, the Referral Team will then refer them to the appropriate treatment.
