A new Charlie Health programming feature: Charlie Cares, Charlie Health’s one-stop concierge team for patients and families enrolled in Charlie Health. This team works to resolve questions, requests, and feedback so patients can focus on healing and therapists can focus on delivering the best possible care.
Each Care Experience Specialist is trained to navigate patient information and devise solutions, whether in the middle of the night or right before an appointment. The Charlie Cares Team is dedicated to your patients and provides wraparound care on top of our evidence-based treatment programs.
