A System of Care is a coordinated partnership and collaborative network of those who live and serve in a community, banding together and striving to improve health and well-being for all adults and children, locally, in Hamilton County. It is designed to provide guided support through collaborative tools and resources with the goal of improving the health and happiness of our community.
